[Communications] Website message for Outreach & Advocacy Team

Julie,
Nothing silly about your thoughts at all !  I'm totally aligned !

We need to minimize the use of CAPS -- it appears we are shouting at people
and it's also difficult to read.  Caps and Lower Case/Bold for *Outreach &
Advocacy* would set a better "tone" and the rest should be left to Amy to
design as that's her area of professional expertise.
