[Communications] CCGA conference evaluation tools: polling and survey options

Hi all,

I took a look at the polling features in Hopin and wanted to send some info so we can start getting the content together.
Does anyone want to take the lead in creating the survey? I can integrate everything into Hopin, post on the website, etc.

Within Hopin, we can create polls both ahead of and during the event. If they are during the event, we will need to create a doc with the questions and multiple choice answers so we can copy and paste them into the tool in the chat. Polls can be created in the event, stage, session and expo chats. Moderators and organizers can create polls (JW, Amy, and session and expo moderators).

Here’s a pic of the poll tab in the Hopin chat. You can see that the poll questions will include the name of the person who posted them. 



To do a more traditional survey with this option, we can post a survey link in our event chat and mention it a few times during the conference. We can also send the link when we email attendees that the on-demand videos are available.

If we want to integrate a more traditional survey that can be taken while the event is happening, Hopin has Slido integration. 
This will allow us to conduct live polling like above, along with a survey that could be available in-event and also afterward via link.
It is $49 for the event.

The benefit is that the survey will appear in the polls tab of the chat - so people can do it immediately.
