[Communications] CCGA conference on March 20 - test run and a few other things

Hi Tim,

Thanks for providing your presentation to Lorraine! It was perfect timing because we were about to reach out and follow up about a few things. We’re really looking forward to the conference and are sure the attendees will get a lot out of your session!

Banner image:
Could you please send an image that captures the essence of your presentation? It will be used for the ‘button’ for your session. The image should not have text (the title of your session will automatically appear over the image.) The recommended size is 1500x600 pixels (5:2 aspect ratio). I can crop the image for you if you need help!

Testing your connection & walkthrough:
Next week, JW and I will be conducting walkthroughs with everyone to make sure all is working well. Do you have a preferred time between Monday-Thursday to do a test drive of the Hopin platform? Let us know and we’ll send you the details.

Session moderator:

The moderator can manage the chat during your presentation and also post links and resources. If you don’t have anyone who can do this, please let us know and we will take care of it!

Your presentation and handout:
When you present your session, you will be doing a screen share, much like when you use Zoom. Here’s a quick support article about it from Hopin: https://support.hopin.to/en/articles/3945028-sharing-your-powerpoint <https://support.hopin.to/en/articles/3945028-sharing-your-powerpoint>

We can post your handout as a PDF in the chat of your presentation (or your moderator can do this) and we can also post it in the description area below your session window, so attendees can see the link as they watch your presentation. 

Complimentary exhibitor booth:
One other thing I’d like to throw in the mix is that you are welcome to have a complimentary exhibitor booth at the conference for MidFEx!. Attendees can visit the expo area for the duration of the conference. You can video chat with attendees in your booth. You could display a static graphic, or slides, videos, and website links. You can also create a special offer button. Folks will be able to click a button to get more info, which will capture their email address for you to follow up. It might be nice to have a place where people can easily sign up for more info after your session. If you’re interested, we’ll set it up!
