Hi Joy,
Yes, there is! We’re in the process of compiling all of the recordings and they will be available on-demand very soon.
You’re welcome to make a donation via our GoFundMe campaign (the event on Hopin is finished.)
We’ll be sure to add you to our attendee mailing list so you’ll receive the info for viewing the sessions online.
Here’s the donation link:

> Here we are on the eve of the first day of Spring, making final preparations for the CCGA 8th Annual Virtual Conference tomorrow. We're all brimming with energy as the kickoff to gardening season is upon us. It’s the perfect time to tune in to connect with fellow gardeners and catch some of the inspiring and informative sessions our amazing presenters and speakers have planned. Our special guests will share their stories and insights about the evolution of community gardening in Chicago. They will show how our legacies and our shared work have created a foundation for those who will follow us.

> We are happy to announce CCGA's new Legacy Gardener Project. It’s an idea that grew out of CCGA’s Education Committee as a desire to recognize those gardeners who have made an impact through their leadership and service. We will be honoring the first two Legacy Gardeners at tomorrow's conference at about 12:45pm on the Stage. We hope you'll join us for this very special event!

> Erma Purnell's wise and experienced leadership in coordinating New Horizons Community Garden over 35 years has been celebrated and we salute her again as a Legacy Gardener. As one among the generations of African Americans who came to Chicago during the great migration, she is a living treasure of history. We all benefit from soaking up as much wisdom from her as we can. Legacy gardeners are gardeners who have taught generations, showing them how to value hard work, how to nurture a tiny seed, and how to feed the soil.
>
> Doretha Penn of Crystal’s Peace Garden is one of the most dedicated, self-reliant, and no-nonsense community gardeners to bring a garden to life. She commanded respect from the entire neighborhood, calling out litterers, unruly kids and young adults. We will feature Doretha’s story, in her own words. Doretha gives us a bit of garden history and makes a plea for community gardening in Chicago. And best of all, you will hear her echo our own thoughts, "I garden because it's part of me.”
>
> At CCGA we believe our stories are everything. Stories are our shared history and how we get to know each other. Legacy gardeners are the heart of what our gardens are.
