Hello,

As of our April 20th Coordinating Committee, CCGA's involvement in drafting
a new Native Garden Registry was discussed. Although I have not seen any
notes from this meeting, I recall that all working groups supported CCGA's
efforts to insist on and maintain an advisory role in the proposed
ordinance. May Toy has taken the lead in CCGA participation. We need all
of you to get behind her in these ongoing discussions, now that we are at
substitute ordinance, version 2..

We are at a make for break point in discussions with CCGA demanding the
words "free" or "free of charge" be in the latest version. As well, our
support is based on the understanding that our other recommendations such
as plant definition, height, lot line restrictions, etc. would be
incorporated into the DPD rules.

Please respond to May Toy, mtoy.usa at gmail.com at your earliest convenience
with your support.

You can find the text of the latest version on our google drive, a link was
sent to you

If you have not received the link or are unable to open the document,
please contact me immediately.

Lorraine
