 You are receiving this message because you subscribe to our e-newsletter. 2021 TULIP GIVEAWAY #ShareColorfulBlooms photo by @samruddhik_ on Instagram of Tulips on Michigan Ave. Sunday, May 23 at 12pm Tulips given on a first come, first served basis; typically gone within 30 minutes Every spring, the medians downtown are bursting with colorful tulips. Once the tulip show is done downtown, we get loads and loads of tulips delivered to GPC to distribute to YOU on a first come, first served basis! Our volunteers bag the tulips so you can easily pick them up on the giveaway day. Be in line at the Garfield Marketplace Gate (north of the main entrance on Central Park Ave) by the start time to ensure you get tulips – at least 2 dozen but likely more – or better yet, become a GPCA Member and skip the line! Please note, we’re typically completely out of tulips within a half hour, if not earlier. Social distancing and masks will be required for this event. If you’d like to help to bag the tulips, please contact Kristin Field, our Volunteer Program Coordinator, at volunteering at garfieldpark.org.
