May, I agree with your changes/additions, with one suggestion:  precede
"advisory panel" stating some of this:
 * " the advisory panel has members who are* *educated/informed/trained in
or have **scientific based **knowledge / training on   **planting methods
and maintenance of** native and pollinator plants "  *
