[Communications] Sending a message via the CCGA forum

Hello,

I was recently added to the CCGA forum and would like to put out a message about having someone come out to the garden my students planted at Asian Human Services (2838 West Peterson Avenue) to teach my students how to prepare the garden for winter. I don't see how to put out a message, though. Please advise.
