[Communications] A & O team and purpose on the CCGA Website

Julie,

Thank you for pointing this out, and we are all aware of that. In my
earlier email I pointed out that we need to bring the website into the 21st
century. I also mentioned that under *"HIghlights*, which mentions the 5
working groups, " Advocacy and Outreach isn't even listed. So for the
listing there for the A&O Committee, with a rough sketch, and some further
tweaking, it can read as follows:

*The CCGA Advocacy & Outreach Team *helps grow the collaboration of CCGA
with organizations that relate in some way to the goals in our current area
of focus. We want to identify what needs to be done..and how to accomplish
these goals. We will reach out to organizations and people who work in
nature, in organizing, and more.
