[Communications] zoom meeting

Hi Ellen,

I’m responding to your email in case JW does not see this message for some reason (it was received via our communications email list) 

There aren’t any other meetings scheduled in the CCGA zoom room that I know of this week. Go ahead and set up a time and just let us know what you decide. You can access the room with the same credentials we use for the monthly meetings. 

We can create a calendar for the room so from now on we can all sign up for meeting time.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help with the zoom room.
