[Communications] From JW - Another Meeting to Review the Community Garden List

Please note that as of our Dec meeting we designated 5 pm, Jan 6 as the
deadline for final edits to the RFP.  The draft RFP will be sent to all
chairs and working groups for final editing on or before Wed. Jan 5th with
a deadline of 5pm Jan 6 th for final edits.  The RFP will go out in an
eblast to our mailing list could go out* Friday Jan 7 but no later than
Monday, Jan. 10. *

Please encourage anyone in your group to read the draft and comment as
noted above.  Thank you.  The minutes of the meeting Dec. 21 will go out
shortly.
