[Communications] Community Garden LIST_Suggestions

Hello all! Regarding the data collection for the Community Garden LIST,
Barbara Dennis and I would like to make three suggestions for
consideration: (1) move columns “city” and “state” to, or near, the end,
and replace them with “ward” and “city neighborhood.” This will make it
more convenient to input info that is more likely to be available, while
placing those columns needing more time and research placed at the end. (2)
Activate “Timestamp” for Column A. (3) Add a “*?*” for Column B as a *third*
option. *FYI* We think the “NULLs” in Column D represent intersections
rather than an addresses; and are *Rows* 12 and 13 blank inserts? Mamie
