Hello All,

I sent an email last week but not everyone could meet this week. We need to
meet again so I can answer all your questions.

Here are some suggested times, let me know what works best for everyone:

Wednesday Jan 19th at 5pm

Thursday January 20, 7pm

Friday January 21, 11am

Test the link and let me know if you can’t access or edit the data.

The MainList is the tab we are maintaining and contains our garden records.
I have a better way to edit the data that I am working on now which I will
have ready next week. For now we just edit the records in the worksheet.


As we review each garden entry, start by marking the garden ACTIVE column
to either Y or N. This tells us someone has verified and reviewed that
respective garden. Then fill-in what you can or know about the garden.


Be careful editing and make sure you have found the correct garden as some
have similar names and make sure you are on the correct row in the
worksheet.

There is also a form to make it easy to add a new garden to the list. To
enter a new garden use this form:
