[Communications] From JW - Next Meeting to Review the Community Garden List

I have noticed there are gardens missing from the list; gardens which were
active in Resources Distributions, if not in 2021, in the preceding years
for a couple of years.  I tried to use the add garden form, but it's not
clear to me what response "Question" calls for or "add 2" so I'm listing
them here.  The stewards for these gardens should be on Mamie's list..
