[Communications] New CCGA Member Inquiry

Hello All,

This woman's request to join our meetings led me to thinking about how we
send out a link to our zoom meetings.  Ostensibly our coordinating meetings
are open to anyone who would like to attend.  When we meet in person, the
notice of where we meet goes out on our website and anyone can attend.
However with zoom, JW, you send a link only to the working groups.  So how
does anyone get to attend in an open process without my or your having to
keep track of each request?
