[Communications] CCGA 10th Anniversary Celebration - Eventbrite ticket confirmations

Hi communications team,

You’ll be seeing email ticket confirmations for the 10th Anniversary celebration come to the communications email address. I am monitoring them and will follow up with any that come through that need clarification.

We have a small hiccup because we are using the Donation feature for our event. This feature limits the fees to a 2.5% processing fee - much lower than the Paid Ticket setting. But people will not be able to order a group of tickets with the donation ticket. It’s limited to one name/email. People can donate for more than one ticket - say $50 for 2 adults - and we will need to follow up with the email on their order to get the name of the other person on their ticket. We can add that person to the order on the spreadsheet we’ll have at the event so we have both names at the check in table.

Tomorrow, Mamie will send the invitation out to the Resources community garden list, and then I will send out the e-blast to the main list and post on social media on Friday morning.

I’m sending a flyer to the working groups shortly as well.
