[Communications] Interested in getting involved

Anna,

Welcome to CCGA. We're here to bring our organization to you in the hopes
you will join one of our working groups.  Let me assume you found us on our
website, and you're interested enough to engage with us, so yes you are
certainly invited to attend our Dec. 20 coordinating committee meeting.
It's where chairs and members of the working groups meet to check in with
each other, inform everyone about ongoing and upcoming community garden
events, workshops and campaigns, and create new initiatives.  If you want
to check in again to learn more about the working groups, scroll down from
"Who We Are" on our website and read about our goals.  Let us know if there
is a working group that looks engaging enough.  We are always excited to
welcome new people and continue this thread.

Before then, please join gardeners and friends at an upcoming informal
event, this Saturday, Dec. 3.  I've attached the flyer for the event
because it's a great way to get a feel for the work of one of our
committees and experience the kind of community we are.  Feel free to keep
in touch.
