[Communications] CCGA PFAS Panel Feb 25: Draft of email reminder for attendees - please review

Hey,

Things keep changing without all of us on board.  I had told MWRD after
they asked about advance questions that we wouldn't be asking for questions
in advance of Sat. They wanted to know what questions if that was to be the
case.

Now a decision was made to ask for questions by noon Fri. I am trying to
keep up with messages and email I'm supposed to be sending relating details
that shift after email is sent to MWRD. I am at a loss for words, honestly.
