1*. INTRODUCTIONS of All Attending the Meeting & Announcements – John Shirk
and Adam Housley*

NOTE: At the January 12th Meeting, We agreed to deviate from the By-laws
and change the schedule from nominate board positions and vote in January
to Nominate in January & February and Vote in March.  Due to the impact of
Covid-19 on in-person meetings – we want to give people time to nominate
individuals to roles on the board and meet the 2-meeting attendance to be
elected.



2. Draft of Minutes of February 9, 2023 WPAC Meeting – Read, Discuss, Edit,
and Accept as edited.  The Accepted, Edited Minutes are to be posted in the
Field House.



3. Vote-Election – Review Slate of Officers and Committees – Vote for
President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer – Park District Staff
Monitor the Voting Process - Nominated in January - John Shirk (President),
Grant Drutchas (Vice-President), Mike Runkle (Secretary), Elaine Coorens
(Treasurer) - People can vote if they attended a total of 2 meetings in
2023 - the March meeting is counted as one of the two meetings.



4. New President’s Vision for the Wicker Park Advisory Council.



5. Park Supervisor’s Report



6. Park District update on Playground Soft surface repair.



7.  Review All Trades Orders and the Details listed in the Activity Request
Forms (ARF Forms) – Address/Confirm or Not-Confirm– Yoga, Music, Wicker
MIC, Art Classes, Boo-Palooza (See Checklist Distributed at Meeting)



8.  Events/Fundraising Committees Update: Status of Permits, Events, Grants
and Sponsorships. (See Handout Report Distributed at the Meeting)
