You may be aware of the recent instability of regional banks in the US. We are reaching out to reassure you that Eventbrite has no deposit exposure to Silicon Valley Bank or Signature Bank.

Eventbrite does not hold or process ticket sale proceeds through either of these banks. We take our role as steward of your event proceeds very seriously. All funds due to our customers are carefully safeguarded in bank accounts held with large global banks – the industry's most liquid and creditworthy institutions.

We know timely access to ticket proceeds is a critical part of running your events business.
