[Communications] Thomas Street Community Garden Question

Hi there,

Any idea who I would reach out to with a question about the Thomas Street
Community Garden?

I’m looking to see if it was possible I use this location for an upcoming
engagement proposal, as we live around the corner. As a gardener myself,
super sensitive to leaving no trace and not disturbing any of the plots.

Would love to connect with whomever would be in charge of approving.
