[Communications] Researching Community Gardens for School Project

Hey there!

Hope that you’re doing well. My name is Mikayla Dore and I'm a junior at
the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I'm currently enrolled in a
Sociology of Food course, and for my final, I am researching various
community gardens in Garfield Park. Knowing that Garfield Park is
considered a ‘food desert’, I became interested in how these local gardens
could combat it.

I'm hoping you could help me get in contact with some of the community
gardens in your network, specifically in Garfield Park.
