[Communications] Follow up about CCGA Eventbrite

Hi again Mamie and all,

I can share the log in details for Eventbrite with you, probably over text is best?

For the events this weekend, do you think we need to have a sign in/check in? It’s very easy to see registrations in Eventbrite and print a list if needed.

Yesterday, I was able to change the log in email for Eventbrite to the CCGA gmail account (chicommgardeners at gmail.com <mailto:chicommgardeners at gmail.com>) so that the info at chicagocommunitygardens.org <mailto:info at chicagocommunitygardens.org> does not receive every email about an RSVP for our events. I feel those notifications should come to the communications email list (which they do, because the Gmail forwards to the communications email list)

I’m working today to get the rest of the events on Eventbrite and also onto the CCGA website/calendar.
