[Communications] From JW - Possible Garden List Update Meeting

Hi Mamie & Barb,

Mamie any chance you could be on the group that helps update the garden
list for the map?

Barb said she could meet tomorrow (Tuesday) night but Mamie I don't think
you have on-line access from home? When could you meet Mamie when you would
have either on-line access or could come over to my house like you have
before?

Remember, we need to mark a garden as Active using the first setting, then
fill out the rest of the info for each garden.

The address is super important and if we have a contact person then great,
if not that is okay.

It only displays records we have marked as Active gardens. Which is why we
need to meet as there are lots of other gardens on the list we need to
include in the main map.
