One of the most peculiar trees @BhamBotanicalGd is Toona sinensis 'Flamingo'. Peculiar not because of it's fabulous bright pink spring foliage which ages to white and then green... The real quirk is that the leaves taste of beef and onion. In China they are used in stir fries. https://t.co/2xKIolJhxX
