[Communications] Neighborhood Garden Networks

Hello,

Can someone give me a definition of what constitutes a neighborhood garden
network on our website?

Karen Roothaan of Bush Community Garden would like to have her
organization, Garden Instigators join this list.  Garden Instigators is a
mutual aid group organized around supporting community gardens on the
southeast side & promoting green lifestyles. They meet approximately once a
month to share information and ideas.

I promised to get back to her.
