Hi Folks! 

Another great event for Chicago-based grain enthusiasts! 

Join Chicago Bread Club <https://www.chicagobreadclub.org/> for their first 
return to in-person meetings since the 2020! This Thursday, October 26, 
from 6pm-8pm, at The Breathing Room 
<https://www.letusbreathecollective.com/breathingroomspace>. *Chicago Bread 
Club was founded to share the art and knowledge of bread, and to promote 
and expand the racial equity of the regional grain economy.*

*We're excited to be back and gathering in person again and to celebrate we 
are having a diy pizza party.  Our new community portable pizza ovens will 
make their debut! Join together to make and cook off your own pizzas. There 
will be indoor and outdoor space available and plenty of pizza dough made 
with local flour. If you want to bring an ingredient to share from the 
store, your kitchen or garden to add to the pizzas please do! *

*All our usual materials will be there:*

   - *Our browsing library*
   - *Our community bread table (bring something to share if you want)*
   - *Our Community mill and grain table*
   - *Sourdough Starters*
   - *And! , new since the pandemic, our community grain shares table. 
   There will be a variety of grains from local farmers. *
