- Streamlined First-Time User Experience: For those new to our platform, we've simplified the event creation process. By reducing complexity and focusing on essential settings, we've made it a breeze to set up your first event with us. Our goal is to minimize confusion and ensure a smooth start to your event hosting journey.

Additionally, we're excited to announce that Webinar event types are now accessible to all existing RingCentral Events users, including those on legacy Business, Starter, Growth, and Free plans. This change aligns with our commitment to providing value across all our user plans and simplifies product maintenance across the board.

Webinar: Great for video content distribution and lead generation events online. This single-track event is light to set up and packed with audience engagement tools.
