[Communications] Important Update about RingCentral Events Free Plan

Hello, 

Thank you for your continued trust in RingCentral Events. We are reaching out to inform you that the current Free Subscription Plan for Events will be retired starting from June 10, 2024. After this, you can continue to use RingCentral Events with our new Free Trial of RingCentral Events. 

The new Free Trial will not include the ability to publish and host an event, a modification from the current functionality where Free users can publish and host events up to 2 hours with 100 registrants. 

We are committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you, and there are several key details to be aware of in the lead up to the sunsetting plan’s retirement:

-  Events created on or before June 9, 2024: You can still host Events that you have already created for up to 2 hours and with up to 100 registrations. You will also retain access to Event data for 30 days after its end date.

-  Events created on or after June 10, 2024: You can create unlimited Events under the new Free Trial option. You can publish or host a new Event with a purchased subscription plan.
