[Communications] Monthly CCGA Coordinating Meeting

[Ford Martin]

Dear CCGA,

My name is Ford Martin and I recently moved to Chicago's Wicker Park
neighborhood. I am interested in getting involved in the Chicago Community
Gardeners Association in some capacity!

A little background on me, I am 23 years old, and a recent graduate of
McGill University in Montreal, Canada with a major in Economics and the
Earth's Environment and a minor in Finance. I am originally from Austin,
Texas. I am currently employed by Jupiter Power, a firm working to build
out energy storage facilities to support the transition to a wind and
solar-based electric generation system.

I'd like to participate in a working group that needs assistance. I am
confident my background in economics and finance could be helpful, as well
as previous extracurricular engagements.

More generally, I'd like to learn about gardening, getting my hands dirty,
and promoting community engagement!

Please let me know if I can join any working groups or attend the monthly
meetings upcoming.
