JW,

Once again, you should not be acting unilaterally, and you did not check in
to see if a room had been reserved. We have relationships with people; our
communication Is important.  It would have been appropriate and
appreciated, if you had  checked in... an hour at least or more to check in
would have been easy for a less anxious person. Mary Fran was reminded at
our September meeting that we would meet again at the Hatchery.

Your message went out to a wider group than the few people I had contacted
as new subscribers, but may still be confusing especially for Emma. I will
contact her directly now that we are doing zoom. Let's keep in touch closer
to meeting dates; this kind of miscommunication isn't good. Obviously
November and December will be on zoom, but when we get back to warmer
weather in March and beyond you can make a note that those meetings will be
in PERSON. That gives us at least  3 in person meetings before our summer
break and back to what we will determine then.  We wrote a motion about
having a percentage of meetings in person, remember?
