[Communications] Volunteer workday

The volunteer day will consist of transplanting native perennials. The
designated spots will be tilled beforehand. We will be planting perennial
sunflowers, Yarrow, Bee Balm, Lemon Balm and Goldenrod. This project will
literally lay the foundation for future youth jobs in the neighborhood
We have gloves and trowels but volunteers are welcome to bring their own.
