Thanks for forwarding this email. It looks legit and sort of fits with the
timing of the 3-year plan we use.

I am out of town the rest of this week but back in town next Monday
September 30.

Perhaps we can hop on the Zoom room and review it next week. But yes, we
are likely going to have to pay this soon.

This gives us an opportunity to update all the contact details with the
vendor as well which we will do.
