Hello Ernita,

Thank you for contacting CCGA about your upcoming event, we’d love to help! We're happy to connect you with some community gardeners in our network, and it would be very helpful to know a bit more about your event. I’ll list a few questions below:

Is there an area of the city that would work best for your event? There are many community gardens that are close to public transportation and have parking all over the city!

Do you have a time in mind for the event?

About how many people do you think will attend?

Will you need any accommodations for accessibility? Room for tables and chairs?

We already have a couple of gardeners interested in hosting! Feel free to reply to this email or give me a call, my number is below.

In kindness,
Amy
