[Communications] Meeting in person/Coordinating Committee

Sarah and Communications team,

I have a real concern for creating a hybrid meeting. If there is an option
to attend virtually, I think I might be the only person actually in person
at the hybrid meeting.
The possibility of sitting at home making dinner, joining in pajamas,
whatever. We need to have a discussion on several counts.

   - Can we reliably produce a hybrid session, not on Facetime, but with a
screen for video and good audio for those attending virtually with every
venue? Everyone needs to see and hear each other. Previous use of Facetime
or use of cell phones for a conference call has not worked well.
   - Is there a criteria for attending a meeting virtually if it is hybrid,
but is otherwise intended as an in person meeting?
   - What concerns do you have?

Lorraine
