[Communications] Interested in getting involved with gardens

Hi,

My name is Isaiah Alexander and I’d like to get involved in the community
gardens in Logan Square and Humboldt Park.

I am a professional in the Permaculture field and I currently run a half
acre permaculture food forest at CCA Academy in North Lawndale. This food
forest is called Perma Park. Last year I grew 1080 pounds of produce at CCA
in our permaculture system, and I maintain native bioswales, fruit orchards
and vegetable beds. I also have a wealth of experience with animal care
including bees, chickens, fish and various insects, as well as experience
in community engagement. Due to my work I have a wealth of knowledge and
resources to draw from and contribute.

I reside at 1742 N Humboldt Blvd, and I am interested in getting involved
with gardens around this location.

Looking forward to hearing how I could contribute to the community garden
system.
