[Communications] {AUA} Chicago Lights Urban Farm is Hiring

Hello,
We are excited to announce* two* *new job openings* for the *Grower *positions 
at *Chicago Lights Urban Farm*. This is a *seasonal, part-time* opportunity 
to work alongside staff, youth, and volunteers in urban agriculture. 

The Grower is responsible for supporting farm operations, assisting with 
crop production, leading volunteers and youth apprentices, and helping 
distribute fresh produce to the local community. This role offers hands-on 
experience in sustainable farming, food distribution, and farm-based 
education.

*SCHEDULE*
This is a seasonal position that goes from the end of April through early 
November,    29 hours per week. Regular weekend (Saturday) shifts will be 
required.

*COMPENSATION*

   - $19.25 per hour
   - 1 full share of vegetables weekly from end of June-October.
   - Reimbursement of authorized supplies and materials. This is a seasonal 
   position and does not qualify for benefits.
   
   
*Individuals with barriers to employment (under/un-employed, low-income, 
prior court involvement or other) are encouraged to apply.*
