Hi Mamie,

No worries! Will you be catching these emails and sending them to Ellen? If so, I think it’s a good idea to reply to the person with the inquiry, just to let them know we got their email ( I did this in my email) Also, by replying and cc’ing Ellen, she has the contact email and does not need to look for it.
