[Communications] Corporate Volunteer Day - Ropes & Gray

I hope you are well!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our corporate volunteer Friends and Family Day is set for Saturday, July 12th this year, and we are super excited to see if there are any opportunities for us to volunteer again! We understand you partner with community gardens around the city and are hoping to leverage your relationships to find the perfect fit.
 A little bit about us: we are a law firm that hosts a Friends and Family Day every year, and last year, we had an amazing time volunteering at Maxwell St. Community Garden. It was such a huge hit! Our group is a wonderful mix of ages and abilities, and we got involved in activities like weeding, trimming bushes, and pruning hedges. The kids had a blast too, with around 20 children (ages 2-14) participating in fun activities. Last year, our group consisted of about 75 enthusiastic volunteers.
We are hoping to start our volunteering around 10am or 10:30am and wrap up around 12pm. After that, we plan to enjoy a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant.
