An email name and address does not always reflect a person’s actual name. We should reply to this person as if they did attend, with kindness.</div><div><br></div><div>I feel strongly that we need to prepare a statement about coronavirus and have it ready in case anyone asks us- like this person. It can be simple, but should be our ‘official’ reply.</div><div><br></div><div>Going beyond that, what is our strategy if let's say, the virus starts spreading in Rogers Park next week?
