
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;" class="">Hi Mamie and communications and education teams,<div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">JW and I met today and talked over the evaluation tools available on the Hopin platform.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Here’s what we recommend:</div><div class=""><ul class=""><li class="">Use the live polling feature built in to Hopin to conduct multiple choice polls/eval during the conference</li><li class="">Create a survey outside of Hopin for longer answer feedback. Provide a link to this in the event chat in Hopin a few times during the conference. We can do this with Google forms or another tool easily.</li></ul><div class="">Mamie, and others, would you be willing to take the lead to pull together some poll and evaluation questions? We can share this at the meeting on the 11th for feedback and then prepare the content for use at the conference. It can be based on past conference evaluations and we can tailor it for the poll format.</div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I’ve attached the evaluation forms from 2018 and 2019 for reference. In 2018, we used a Google form for the evaluations which would work well for the long form eval this year. The attached pdf includes both the questions and feedback.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Thanks!</div><div class="">Amy</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class=""></div></body></html>
