The community garden of Edison Regional Gifted Center and Albany Park Multicultural Center located at 4929 N Sawyer Ave. has many plants that are free to those who come and dig them up this Saturday, May 22nd from 9am to Noon. <b>Please note, we ask that you wear a mask if you are participating in this event, even though it is outside. </b>Plants are being rehomed due to upcoming construction. Many have been moved to our east garden, however we are running out of space for any more of our larger plants. Plants currently planted in the west garden are at risk for being destroyed unless enough gardeners show up for them. Plants are free, just bring a shovel and maybe a pitchfork if you have one. Some plants are more numerous than others.
