So, again, we generally use the following guideline: Community gardens are typically owned or managed by public entities, civic organizations or community-based organizations and maintained by volunteers. This may also include gardens created and maintained by volunteers at schools, churches, fire stations. It includes the list of neighborhood garden networks you can find in the right-hand frame on our website.
