<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The
Grower position is an integral part of the Urban Farm team, working alongside
staff and volunteers to ensure the successful, safe production and harvesting
of over 50 varieties of vegetables, herbs, and flowers. </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">The Grower </span><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">supports
these activities by carrying out the crop plan, harvesting and distributing
produce to the local community, managing compost systems, and working with
crews of high school age youth in the summer and fall. It also offers hands-on
experience in urban agriculture, marketing skills, and farm-based education practices.</span></p>

<p style="line-height: 107%;"><b><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; line-height: 107%;">SCHEDULE</span></b></p><p style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="font-size: 11.5pt;">This is a seasonal position that goes from May through
early November, 29 hours per week. Regular weekend (Saturday) shifts will be
required.</span></p><p style="line-height: 107%;"><b><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;">COMPENSATION</span></b></p><p style="line-height: 107%;"><span style="text-indent: -0.25in; font-size: 11.5pt; color: black;">$18.50 per hour</span></p>
