To help inform these resources, we are asking farmers, farmworkers, and the<br>
general public about their experiences and understanding of bird flu.<br>
Anyone is welcome to complete the survey, which is available in both<br>
English and Spanish. Responses to the survey will be used to help guide the<br>
creation of:<br>
<br>
- A public information session on bird flu,<br>
- Resources to learn more and reference as the situation develops, and<br>
- PPE distribution program for farmworkers.<br>
