Janice has been on our waiting list for some time. We are called a Garden Club but we are actually an allotment-style community garden whose members are mainly interested in growing vegetables. At this time all our 102 plots have been assigned for the season. Our club email is <a href="mailto:npcgclub@gmail.com" target="_blank">npcgclub@gmail.com</a><div><br></div><div>We are next to Peterson Park but we are not on park property. The member in question is a busy mom who has trouble keeping up with her 10 by 20 ft plot. With great soil comes big weeds! She wants to share 1/2 of her plot which is a 10 by 10ft space. She would like help watering and weeding. There is no charge since she has already paid the dues. You can stay on the waiting list if a full plot becomes available. If this appeals to you please send me a message at the club email.</div><div><br></div><div>Betsy Elsaesser</div><div>North Park Village Garden Club</div></div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Tue, May 20, 2025 at 10:43 AM Lorraine Kells <<a href="mailto:lxkells@gmail.com" target="_blank">lxkells@gmail.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr">Janice,<div><br></div><div>We at CCGA acknowledge that there are not enough community gardens nor growing spaces and those that exist have long waiting lists.
