Hi,
my name is George and I run a youth nature and conservation club. My club
has recently being doing projects of their choosing and one group did a
presentation on how conservation and recycling efforts can be done in the
home garden. They focused on how they can create rain gardens to recycle
water and prevent water pollution from storm water runoff and how to plant
native plants for the local wildlife and pollinators. They said your
resources page ( http://chicagocommunitygardens.org/web-resources/# ) was a
great source of info so thanks for helping my young conservationists out!

One girl, Chloe, thought we could send over a page about rain gardens at
https://www.elevators.com/utilizing-rainwater-and-gravity-a-guide-to-rain-gardens/
because many gardeners are unaware of the efforts they can make in their
own garden to prevent water pollution. Would you be interested in adding it
to your page, I would love to show her that you appreciate her research
efforts and that she is making a difference.
