This workshop will cover how to utilize Excel to plan out a season of continuous annual vegetable crop production on your small farm or community garden plot. A crop plan excel template typically used for a ¼-1-acre farm site will be provided. Students will learn how to calculate: planting dates, spacing, row feet, seeds needed and also how to project harvest dates with yield estimates. Small Farm Crop Planning is recommended as a prerequisite to this course.
