DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the growing season with us at the Annual Farm Kick Off Event at the It Takes a Village Community Farm! \nThe event is a great way to get connected with the farm\, whether you’re returning for the season or joining for the first time. \nIt includes a variety of family-friendly activities and is a great experience for all ages. \nYou can expect: \n\nSeedlings for giveaway\nChef cooking demonstrations and farm fresh food\nArt therapy and other creative projects\nCommunity conversations and connections\nAnd more!\n\nYou can come for 30 minutes or stay the whole time. \nThe event is free with a suggested donation. Please register for a ticket. \nYour donation will support our youth education programming. We partner with neighborhood schools and youth community groups for field trips\, workshops\, and volunteer days on the farm. \nSuggested Donation Tiers: \n\n$5 covers one packet of seeds for the youth education beds\n$10 covers one hand tool for student learners\n$25 covers one starter grow kit\n$50 covers supplies needed for a school field trip\n\nThank you for your support\, and we hope to see you soon!
