Sarah,

The agenda follows a template which I will send to you in email in a moment
with clarification.

The draft meeting minutes for Feb were sent to everyone before the March
meeting and were approved so JW or Amy can post those on the website.

The minutes for the March meeting are in draft form and are awaiting
additional notes from Amy, so you should get them soon.

Since we are able to do a hybrid meeting, I will post it on FB when  your
reminder comes out.

Anything else, just text or email.
